You can tell the owner did extra to make me feel comfortable
Positive: It was clean, had a lot of amenities
Negative: Entry door was stuck, having issues getting and had to call the property manager to get in. The bedroom carpet looked a little old and nasty.

Top Apartment mit Schönheitsfehler .
Positive: Die Lage war gut. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war sehr gut.
Negative: Die Unterlage für das Schlafsofa war etwas schmutzig und der Zusatzpolster war auch nicht sauber.

Super cute and modern apartment in a cool renovated old building. Nice decor, comfy bed, and very clean. Great part of town close to the Silos, restaurants, and Baylor campus, etc. Especially appreciated the friendly and prompt communication from Miller and Kailey, with all the info we needed for parking, entry, wi-fi, etc. Would totally stay here again!

The place to stay if you are visiting Waco
A lovely property, well equipped, and centrally located. Within walking distance of the Magnolia complex and restaurants downtown. High,y recommend for a party of two.
