Cozy Waco Apartment with a Downtown View

Positive: Perfect for our stay. The owners provide a helpful handbook and helpful extras like shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent! Negative: The garbage disposal stopped working after the first use. After that, the kitchen sink took a while to drain. The owners said to message them if we came across any issues, so I did, but they never responded to me. The only other message I received from them was our checkout instructions on the day before we left, with no acknowledgement of our previous questions.

Awesome property! Close to everything downtown Waco.

The property was just as described online! It was clean, well equipped and centrally located, We have never had such an easy check in and check out experience. The process was simple, detailed and orgainized! Special treats were left for us! (What a welcoming touch!) we will be back!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and clean apartment. Property Manager went above and beyond to communicate and make sure that we had a good stay . Will be coming back soon !

Close to downtown, Magnolia and Baylor U. Building is fairly newly renovated. Functional but not luxurious.
